Biden campaign trolls Trump by snatching ‘Keep America Great’ website

In its latest bid to get under the skin of President Donald Trump, the campaign of Democratic hopeful Joe Biden has purchased the web domain name of Trump’s sometime re-election slogan “Keep America Great.”

This means that anyone who visits keepamericagreat.com will not encounter cheery slogans and red hat merchandise, but instead a decidedly darker message.

The site operated by the Biden campaign features a “Promises Broken” slogan, and lists a variety of issues on which the President has allegedly failed to deliver. The top of the site features the following unflattering image:

Activist lawyer Wolosky sues Williams Cos over poison pill By Reuters

BOSTON (Reuters) – Lawyer Steve Wolosky usually helps activist investors like Starboard Value take on corporate America. Now he is taking center stage himself, wading into a governance fight over a tool that limits how much stock unwanted investors can buy.

Wolosky is suing Williams Cos (N:) five months after the energy company adopted a so-called poison pill, a takeover defense tool designed nearly 40 years ago to keep hostile bidders and activist investors at bay.

Wolosky filed the proposed class action suit in Delaware Chancery Court this week not on behalf of a client but as the plaintiff himself to force Williams to eliminate “an extremely aggressive overreach of corporate power.”
